My AIO's made a small noise on start up and shut down for the first week or so as the water was being pushed round the system. The next issue is the buzzing noise I'm getting from the pump on my NZXT Kraken X53 AIO cooler. So I have confirmed the noise is definitely coming from the pump. The board lacks support for fan/pump customization for what I suspect is that it is an ITX board. If I lightly touch the glass at the top of the aquarium I can feel it vibrating very slightly. I have owned several aio coolers and to some degree they all make noise. There are cases of noisy and faulty pumps in some coolers so if it persists, I would contact PCS. I have the the pump plugged into the CPU header on the motherboard but it's only a three-pin connector so the RPM of the pump is constantly around 2700 RPM. That clicking noise you hear, may be coming from the pump. I dug an old automotive stethoscope out of my garage and there's no doubt where the noise is coming from.
