This cream is thicker, I feel like I get better coverage using a smaller amount. I've used it for years and years and I keep coming back to it. I think if you are someone with a dry even complexion this may be something for you, it's not that much coverage, but it's a bb cream so that is to be expected. But I am also 50 and although I do not have flaky dryness, I do have tightness and those areas are prone to redness (laugh lines mostly). Does anyone remember the Smashbox Camera Ready BB Water??
It feels weightless on my face.I let an Ulta gal talk me into buying this because she said it would not settle in my pores or fine lines. What woman reapplies their foundation every 2 hours - not this one.After reading good reviews I decided to buy this over priced stuff in hopes it would be great. I know it's a BB cream, but this provided zero coverage or evening out, my skin actually looked better once I washed it off. Helpful. When I actually did my makeup routine the next day and put this on it was very drying and exaggerated any dryness on my face.

The texture was acceptable, lotion like, but I still use a separate moisturizer before using the BB cream because I have drier skin outside of the T zone. It applied fine and at first it looked flawless. Light coverage.
