I doubt it will be fully explained though.I noticed that she was attacked by a boy in a cape but when the dad came home, the boy she strangled was in his pajamas. There is no Ralphie.Meg tries to retaliate, choking the kid in kind. The fact that she had no references leads to the idea that she wasn't necessarily honest in how she got the job in the first place.I think it's hard to tell until we know more about the whole series.I loved the ambiguity of the end of the episode.
