Gorguts' first record since 2001 features founding member Luc Lemay surrounded by members of Krallice, Dysrhythmia, and Origin.
The massive walls of rhythm guitar with the noodly, technical leads flying over it are immaculately done and create many layers to get lost in while keeping the album on an amazing pace.

Lemay also shows off his creative breadth on "The Battle of Chamdo", an instrumental piece for string ensemble.
